funds its activities in several ways.
On-going support for the organization and the Activity Centers is generated
through rental income, in accordance with agreements with the City and the
Burbank Redevelopment Agency and through a variety of grants and other
fundraising efforts.
Financing of the acquisition and rehabilitation of the properties is
achieved by using a variety of loans from private lenders, the City of
Burbank’s federal HOME funds and the Redevelopment Agency’s Housing
Set-Aside Funds.
Funds from private corporations, individuals and charitable organizations
are always needed and welcome.
