Register for Our Waiting List

Due to the great demand for affordable units, it has become necessary to establish a Waiting List system. There are four Waiting Lists and they are categorized by income  level.

To find out which list you qualify for use the chart below and follow these steps:

  • Step 1 – Count the number of people (including children) that will         be living in your household
  • Step 2 – Calculate the total household income per year from all sources (wages, SIS, general relief, etc.)

Example:  If your household is made up of two (2) adults and two (2) children, that would make a four (4) person household. If the total income for your household is $30,000 per year, that would mean that you qualify for the “Very Low” Waiting List

Extremely Low:
This list is closed; applications are not available. At this time it is unknown when the list will be able to open. Audits are conducted every 6-9 months. Please check this page again for updates in late Spring 2012. 

Very Low: This list is closed; applications are not available. At this time it is unknown when the list will be able to open. Audits are conducted every 6-9 months. Please check this page again for updates in late Spring 2012. 

Lower: Applications are currently available. We will continue to hand out applications until all spaces on this waiting list are filled.

Applications can be requested via mail, phone, email, fax, or walk-in. (Please keep in mind, that our office is not responsible for problems with the postal service, or any technical problems with electronic or fax transmissions.)
