Burbank Housing Corporation (BHC) proudly offers two scholarship opportunities exclusively for our low-income residents: the Allen Cottriel Scholarship, supporting college-bound youth, and the “Never Too Late” Scholarship, created for non-traditional adult students returning to school. The BHC Scholarship Fund exists to remove financial barriers and provide meaningful support to residents pursuing higher education.

In 2004, Burbank Housing Corporation (BHC) created The Allen Cottriel Scholarship in memory of our first BHC Board President & founding member. The Allen Cottriel Scholarship Fund provides modest awards to youth (17-23 years old) in the BHC Community, in hopes of reducing the financial burden of higher education. Scholarship awards range from $500 to $1,500.
