Wait List Application Workshop

As part of the Lifting People Up (LPU) Citywide Program, Burbank Housing Corporation (BHC) is partnering with Home Again Los Angeles (HALA) to help get interested applicants ready for our upcoming 2025 Waiting List Lottery. On June 24th at 5:00 pm, we will host a virtual workshop to walk interested applicants through the 2025 BHC Waiting List Lottery application process and help answer any questions.

This one-hour Zoom session will walk you through the online application process for BHC’s 2025 Waiting List Lottery:

This is the only scheduled workshop for this year's lottery application, so we strongly encourage all interested applicants to attend. If you are not able to attend, the recorded meeting will be shared via the Home Again Los Angeles YouTube channel.

About the 2025 Waiting List Lottery:

Starting Monday, July 7, 2025, at 9:00 am PST, eligible households may submit an online application for the BHC Waiting List Lottery, which will randomly select and place a limited number of applications on the BHC Waiting List. A complete and accurate application must be submitted by the deadline, July 21, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm PST. 

The 2025 BHC Waiting List Lottery is specifically for households that fall within 15-120% of the area median income, as established by the State of California for Los Angeles County. Eligibility is based on the household's size and combined gross annual income. ​View the flyer below for the gross annual income requirements for each household size.
