Our Annual Waiting List Updates inform the community of the current status of BHC’s Waiting Lists and clarify expectations for the year ahead.

Starting Monday, July 7, 2025, at 9:00 am PST, eligible households may submit an online application for the BHC Waiting List Lottery, which will randomly select and place a limited number of applications on the BHC Waiting List.
