Help Burbank Children Celebrate Halloween!

Have Halloween costumes collecting dust in your closet or tucked away in storage? Give them a second life by donating them to Burbank Housing Corporation's Halloween Costume Swap!

This October, BHC will host its annual Halloween Costume Swap on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, where children from low-income families living in our affordable housing communities can "shop" for a FREE costume.

We're looking for gently used children's and teen costumes, as well as costume accessories, capes, masks, and costume jewelry. Simply make sure all donated costumes are freshly washed and in good, wearable condition before donating.

If your little superheroes, princesses, and pirates have outgrown their costumes, please consider sharing them with another family. One costume you no longer need could become another child's favorite Halloween memory.

Available Monday - Thursday | 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
